Are you a recent graduate or looking for your first role to kick-start your career? Look no further! We are currently recruiting for a front of house role within a huge Residential Management company.

Situated on London's grandest square, and just around the corner from Bond Street and Mount Street the building is our clients flagship project. It is a superbly designed private residential development, comprising of 42 apartments, and will be home to some of the most successful and interesting people from around the world. This will include a 25 metre swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna and steam, treatment rooms, games room and private cinema.

Key responsibilities are (but not limited to):

  • greet and farewell all residents, guests and visitors in a friendly and warm manner using their names when known whilst providing exceptional 5* service
  • Look after all the resident needs, assisting with suitcases, providing umbrellas, etc.
  • Sorting and delivering incoming mail and packages
  • Check arrival and departure reports for all visitors to anticipate and satisfy needs
  • Run errands for residents, such as picking up and delivering dry cleaning and parcels
  • Handle resident's queries and requests professionally and efficiently in order to meet or exceed expectations at all times.
  • Report any resident complaints to the Manager on duty
