They are now seeking a proactive and personable individual to join their team as Front of House.

The Role: As the Front of House, you will be the face of the company, creating a positive first impression for all visitors and providing outstanding administrative support to the wider team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior Front of House or Receptionist experience, ideally within a property company, to thrive in a vibrant and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and clients, ensuring a friendly and professional reception experience.
  • Managing the reception area to maintain a tidy, organised, and presentable space.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls, handling enquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating their preparation.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assisting in organising company events or meetings when required.
  • Acting as the point of contact for office supplies and ensuring adequate stock levels.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a Front of House, receptionist, or similar role is essential.
  • Experience within a property company would be a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional demeanour.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new systems.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
