Role OverviewThe Front of House Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and staff entering Farrer & Co.'s offices. This role requires delivering an exceptional and discreet client experience, ensuring all visitors feel welcomed and valued. The ideal candidate will have impeccable communication skills, a calm and polished demeanor, and the ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Reception: Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression reflective of Farrer & Co.'s standards.
  • Telephone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls with courtesy, discretion, and professionalism, managing inquiries with a keen understanding of the firm's commitment to confidentiality.
  • Visitor Coordination: Organize and prepare for client meetings, managing meeting room bookings, coordinating visitor passes, and offering refreshments to enhance the client experience.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various front-of-house administrative tasks, including mail distribution, maintaining reception areas, and supporting office staff with occasional tasks as needed.
  • Confidentiality: Handle all information with the utmost discretion, safeguarding client and firm information at all times.

Key Requirements
