An exciting time to join this organisation who are opening up a new floor and looking for an additional Front of House Receptionist / Administrator to come on board and work as part of a small team where you will provide an exceptional standard of duties and service both internally and externally.
Main Duties:
- Cover reception 5 days a week for the London office (including greeting clients and guests with a welcoming environment and covering the main phone line).
- Manage the conference rooms by ensuring each room is clean before and after each meeting, working with IT to ensure successful phone and video conferencing in the rooms, and coordinating catering.
- Distribute lunches to colleagues in the office.
- Maintain inventory and order all supplies for the London office including stocking the printers, supply closet, kitchen, snack cupboard and ensuring these areas are clean and organized.
- Coordinate building cards for new colleagues and existing colleagues by working with the security team.
- Sort and distribute mail as well as arrange couriers and FedEx shipments.
- Manage all work orders for the London office including requesting minor repairs with building management.
- Keep filing cabinet tidy and organized, filing all post after distributing it to the correct department.
- Dealing with various contractors, e.g. plant maintenance, hygiene, maintenance repairs, furniture team and flower deliveries.
- Processing invoices with the billing department and making payment when required. U
- dating inventory, ensuring all new hires are given their welcome packs.

- Highly professional and welcoming at all times.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Happy to work in a busy environment, able to prioritise and juggle your workload.
- Real muck in attitude, no job is too big or small.
- Happy to work in a small team.
- Previous relevant experience within a professional services environment.
- Good level of IT skills.
