Front of house receptionist, 30k

Our client is a fast paced, highly successful consultancy based in Canary wharf. They are now looking for a Receptionist to join their team! This is a busy 'front of house’ role, and will suit a candidate that is super passionate about 'front of house', customer services and working in a team.

This role is full-time and based at their office.

Working hours Monday-to-Friday: 8-5pm

Key duties include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner
  • Logging all visitors into the diary
  • Answering their busy customer services calls and handling queries appropriately
  • Scanning/filling and binding
  • Sorting post and handling couriers/deliveries
  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • Setting up/clearing meeting rooms
  • Organising travel for the wider teams - booking train tickets/occasional flights
  • Assisting the PA’s with adhoc duties as needed
  • Ordering refreshments/catering ahead of meetings
  • Adhoc duties as given

Skills/attributes required

  • Personable, positive character
  • Outstanding customer services skills
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise their workload
  • Microsoft office skills - teams/outlook/Word
  • Experience within a professional/customer services role desirable
  • Team player - able to work well as part of a small team
