Front of House Receptionist £35,000 - £40,000Temp to PermA fantastic opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join a boutique Investment Bank located in Mayfair.  The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a client facing role, and keen to progress their corporate receptionist career. You will have a positive approach, 'can do' attitude and be committed to delivering customer service excellence. Hours 8:30 - 5:30pmWHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Meet and greet all guests
  • Liaise with and develop strong working relationships with vendors, contractors and other internal teams
  • Ensure all stationery, marketing and kitchen essentials are replenished 
  • Organise all meeting rooms
  • Liaise with catering to arrange meeting refreshments
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings ensuring all IT works a
  • Sign for all deliveries and ensure they are given to the correct person
WHO YOU ARE
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role essential
  • Prior experience in hospitality, financial services or cabin crew desired
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
  • Able to multitask and prioritise tasks accordingly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, hardworking and someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
