- Meet and greet all guests
- Liaise with and develop strong working relationships with vendors, contractors and other internal teams
- Ensure all stationery, marketing and kitchen essentials are replenished
- Organise all meeting rooms
- Liaise with catering to arrange meeting refreshments
- Coordinate meeting room bookings ensuring all IT works a
- Sign for all deliveries and ensure they are given to the correct person
- Previous experience in a customer facing role essential
- Prior experience in hospitality, financial services or cabin crew desired
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
- Able to multitask and prioritise tasks accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, hardworking and someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
