Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Provide information and guidance to clients, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally.
- Support administrative tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bubbly, energetic, and charismatic personality.
- Previous experience in a reception role, ideally within a showroom, hotel, or administrative environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a team environment.
