Junior Legal Receptionist

Leading US law firm is hiring a new Junior Legal Receptionist to join their busy front-of-house team, to work the hours 8am to 4pm and 11am to 7pm (one week in three).

The Junior Legal Receptionist will combine the busy and varied reception duties with invoice support.

Junior Legal Receptionist duties:

  • First point of contact for clients at reception, providing a high level of client care
  • Dealing with all clients, either in person, via email or telephone, in a courteous and highly professional manner
  • Booking meeting / conference rooms
  • Maintaining / organising meeting rooms
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and organising couriers
  • Manage all security access procedures for new joiners and visitors
  • Assisting with client administration requirements (taxis, restaurant bookings, printing, photocopying, etc.)
  • Assisting with uploading invoices

Junior Legal Receptionist Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience working as a receptionist or cabin crew or other client facing role where a 5* star service was required
  • Polite attitude and taking pride in your work
  • Competent with MS Office and other IT software
  • Strong, confident and clear communicator, both verbal and written
  • Proactive
