As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in shaping the experience of our clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Greet, assist, and interact with clients, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Manage switchboard operations, handle calls via Microsoft Teams, and ensure accurate message relay via email.
  • Process and confirm meeting room bookings using the Condeco booking system.
  • Prepare meeting rooms, including setting up for hybrid meetings and arranging necessary hospitality services.
  • Organise and assist with hospitality and events, including setting up audio-visual systems and troubleshooting issues.
  • Participate in a rotational schedule within the Front of House team.
  • Maintain effective communication and handovers within the Front of House team.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to invoices and expenditures within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of front-of-house or reception experience in a professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in IT systems including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and online room booking systems like Condeco.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner and a thorough understanding of telephone systems.
  • Strong commitment to delivering a memorable guest experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrating flexibility, reliability, and initiative.
  • Capability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Professional demeanour with excellent personal presentation.
