Duties:

  • Welcome and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment diary.
  • Answering phone calls and dealing with inquiries.
  • Ensuring patient records are accurately maintained and updated.
  • Cooperating with the wider team to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding organisational skills - you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer literacy.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
