Medical Receptionist

Our client, a privately run psychiatric clinic based in high end location Belsize Park, is looking to recruit an experienced Medical Receptionist to join their busy team. A fast paced environment, you will be working alongside another Receptionist, communicating daily with patients, clinicians, GPs and other healthcare professionals. A client facing role, we are looking for candidates with previous Receptionist and Admin experience, ideally from the Medical sector, or can demonstrate an interest in Mental Health. Candidates must have a warm, bubbly personality and the emotional intelligence to liaise with patients with sensitive conditions. Main duties include:* First point of contact for all patients and relatives, Doctors, Nurses and Healthcare staff* Ensuring a high level of Customer Service is provided at all times* Ensuring that the Reception area is clean and well maintained* Updating Patient notes and details on the database* Attend to patients queries and needs* Follow and adhere to compliance and policy procedures* Follow and maintain each Surgery processes and health & safety guidelines* Assist with administration duties* Scanning & matching documentation You will be: * Min 2 years' experience in a Receptionist/Front of House and Admin capacity * Strong educational background, ideally demonstrating interest in Mental Health * Experience working in a high pressured, fast paced environment * Highly personable* Emotionally intelligent * Ideally previous experience as a Medical Receptionist Please note, this is a fully office based role, Monday to Friday.Recommend a friend Do you know someone looking for a position?
