Day & Night Concierges is hiring temporary Day Concierges for luxury residential buildings in London.
The position offers an hourly rate of £12.00 to £13.85, plus an additional £1.20 per hour for holiday pay.
Candidates are required to have experience as a Concierge or Hotel Receptionist, as well as in customer service roles.
Main duties include greeting residents, handling queries, maintaining a log book of visitors, and managing parcel deliveries.

Experience Required

Concierge/Hotel Receptionist experience
Experience in a customer service role.

Main Duties

Greeting residents in a friendly manner
Dealing with residents queries and resolving them effectively
Keeping a log book of all visitors on site
Accurate parcel handling
