We are currently working on behalf of a top law firm who are looking for a friendly, professional, and efficient part-time TEMPORARY receptionist to join their dynamic team in their stunning City office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to support a busy firm, providing outstanding service to both clients and visitors. Working days will be Tuesday to Thursday with core hours being between 7am and 7pm. Shifts will either be 7:00am - 3:00pm or 11:00am - 7:00pm
This is an on-going temporary position, ending in Summer 2025 with an immediate start required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Issue visitor passes and manage visitor records
- Direct clients to the appropriate meeting rooms
- Set up and prepare meeting spaces for events
- Answer, transfer, and redirect calls promptly
- Perform general administrative duties as required
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and handle a busy environment
- Professional telephone manner
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is preferred, but not essential
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software
