We are currently working on behalf of a top law firm who are looking for a friendly, professional, and efficient part-time TEMPORARY receptionist to join their dynamic team in their stunning City office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to support a busy firm, providing outstanding service to both clients and visitors. Working days will be Tuesday to Thursday with core hours being between 7am and 7pm. Shifts will either be 7:00am - 3:00pm or 11:00am - 7:00pm

This is an on-going temporary position, ending in Summer 2025 with an immediate start required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Issue visitor passes and manage visitor records
  • Direct clients to the appropriate meeting rooms
  • Set up and prepare meeting spaces for events
  • Answer, transfer, and redirect calls promptly
  • Perform general administrative duties as required
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a busy environment
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is preferred, but not essential
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software
