Receptionist

Job Title: Receptionist

Duration: 1 month starting on the 10th February 2025

Hours: 8am to 4pm

Pay: £17.00

Location: Canary Wharf (fully campus based)

Summary: Our client is seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join their team on a full-time basis.

This role will commence on Monday and continue through to the end of February.

Key Responsibilities: As a Receptionist, your primary duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting students and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Directing students to appropriate departments or resources.
  • Taking deliveries and ensuring they are handled appropriately.
  • Managing incoming phone calls and providing assistance or information as needed.
  • Maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for all clients and guests.

Essential Skills and Experience: To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • A positive, can-do attitude that enhances the reception area's atmosphere.
  • Proficiency in computer usage, including experience with access databases.
  • Ability to assign visitor cards and manage visitor logs efficiently.
