I am currently looking for Reception Administator for my client on a 12-month full-time CONTRACT.
You will be responsible for covering existing staff for holidays and sickness in a number of locations across West London. Travelling on a daily or weekly basis to different locations is a requirement for this role.
Duties would include:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors face to face.
- Liaising with clients via telephone and email.
- Meeting room management
- Administration
- Dealing with maintenance issues
- Dealing with post and courier requests
Ideal person:
- Reception, Front Of House or Customer Service (f2f) experience essential
- The ability to adapt to different environments
- Happy to travel to different locations
- Good communication skills
- Good administation skills
Experience with Microsoft office is essential.
