?? Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Manage office stock and supplies, ensuring everything is well-stocked.
  • Maintain and organise the reception area, making it welcoming for visitors.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Support the administrative team with general clerical tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.

?? Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or administrator is desirable.
  • Confident and bubbly personality, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and friendly demeanour, with a customer service mindset.
