Our amazing client, a well resected charity, is recruiting for Receptionist/Administrator to work in their lovely offices based in the West End.
As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors. You will have a great attitude and be able to deal with a wide range of people in a friendly, professional manner.
Your day will be very varied and apart from being the the front of house contact, you will also offer administrative support across the organization, welcoming and greeting guests who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence, mail, deliveries and redirecting phone calls. The customer service aspect of this role is really important. You should be able to juggle priorities and multi task.
You will be joining a new team due to promotion.
The role will be 3 days in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and the hours are 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
You will need some administration and reception experience and great customer service skills.

THe full time salarty is quoted between £24,000 and £26,000
The pro rata salary for 3 days would be between £14340 and £15600
