We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Administrator to join a team at a bustling educational centre in Ealing. This role is pivotal in providing a warm and professional welcome to students, parents, and visitors, as well as offering comprehensive administrative support to the Education Centre Manager and Senior Centre Assistant.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, offering a professional reception service.
  • Handle administrative tasks including filing, banking, monitoring tuition fee payments, coordinating reports, and managing deposits.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our educational methods and confidently communicate the benefits to current and prospective customers.
  • Efficiently manage telephone, email, and postal enquiries, ensuring messages and information are distributed accurately.
  • Maintain and update business databases as required.
  • Ensure the centre adheres to compliance standards.
  • Communicate with parents regarding non-instructional matters such as payments and student absences.
  • Develop and support reception processes for implementation across company-owned centres.
  • Produce general correspondence and update internal marketing materials.
  • Provide statistical information as directed by the Education Centre Manager.
  • Assist in the training of new Associates and participate in professional self-development.
  • Promote and abide by all company policies, including health and safety and GDPR.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using office software and maintaining databases.

Working Hours – based onsite (not flexible)

Tuesdays 11:00 - 19:30 – 7.5 hours (1 hour lunch break)

Wednesdays 11:00 - 19:30 – 7.5 hours (1 hour lunch break)

Thursdays 11:30 - 17:30 –  5.5 hours (30 minutes hour lunch break)

Fridays 11:00 - 19:30 – 7.5 hours (1 hour lunch break)

Saturdays 8:30-4pm – 7 hours (1 hour lunch break)

35hrs a week
