Receptionist/Front of House Assistant required for excellent firm with exciting clients!

Salary up to £34,000

Hours - 11am-7pm (Mon-Thurs), 11am-6pm (Fri)

Location - City of London

Duration - Initial 6 month FTC that can be extended or turn permanent

Based in beautiful offices this friendly, market leading law firm can boast an enviable client list made up of many household names. Owing to a recent relocation, they are on the hunt for a talented new Receptionist/Front of House Assistant to join their dynamic team of 5 where you will play a key role in the smooth running of the service.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Greet guests on arrival
  • Liaise with IT and General Office to ensure meeting rooms are set up correctly
  • Book taxis for clients
  • Supply meeting rooms with refreshments and lunches
  • Make sure meeting rooms are cleaned and tidy on each change
  • Ensuring all catering items are clean and ready for service
  • Ensure the client kitchen is kept clean and tidy
  • Make sure kitchen points are supplied with sufficient stocks
  • Ordering the necessary drinks/biscuits/cleaning items and general supplies to maintain stock levels
  • Support firm initiatives and events as required

Given the firm's inclusive nature, they are open to experience but a background in professional services or a law firm would be preferred.
