Our client, a prestigious global finance company in the heart of London, is seeking a Team Assistant & Receptionist for a one-month temporary cover during holiday leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Head Receptionist as front-of-house support
  • Meet & greet visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
  • Manage meeting room bookings and calendar invites for the team
  • Organise Zoom meetings in company meeting rooms
  • Set up meeting rooms with necessary equipment and refreshments
  • Use Outlook & Excel efficiently for scheduling and admin tasks
  • Arrange breakfasts and lunches for teams as needed
  • Conduct daily floor walks to ensure all areas are well-stocked, and coffee machines are cleaned and replenished

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Excel - must be confident and efficient
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • A professional and friendly approach to visitors and colleagues
