Are you an enthusiastic and organised individual ready to start your career in the City? Our client, a prestigious financial organisation located just a 5-minute walk from Monument train station, is looking for a Receptionist & Administrator to join their friendly, supportive and successful team!
? Duties:
- Meeting and greeting clients, guests and visitors into the building and office.
- Booking meeting rooms and setting up where necessary.
- Answer all incoming calls and client email enquiries.
- Distribute post and correspondence daily.
- Work closely alongside another Receptionist, supporting the wider team and Facilities Manager.
- Ensure the office is running smoothly, assisting with office supplies and orders.
- Scanning and printing documentation.
- Day to day administrative tasks to support the team.

? What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Some office based experience is ideal, however not essential.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, etc.) Strong IT skills. Able to pick up processes quickly and efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Confident, professional, and positive approach to work
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
