Are you an enthusiastic and organised individual ready to start your career in the City? Our client, a prestigious financial organisation located just a 5-minute walk from Monument train station, is looking for a Receptionist & Administrator to join their friendly, supportive and successful team!

? Duties:

  • Meeting and greeting clients, guests and visitors into the building and office.
  • Booking meeting rooms and setting up where necessary.
  • Answer all incoming calls and client email enquiries.
  • Distribute post and correspondence daily.
  • Work closely alongside another Receptionist, supporting the wider team and Facilities Manager.
  • Ensure the office is running smoothly, assisting with office supplies and orders.
  • Scanning and printing documentation.
  • Day to day administrative tasks to support the team.
