- Managing reception area and meeting rooms to ensure smooth office operations
- Greeting clients professionally and offering refreshments before meetings
- Handling mainline calls and managing new enquiries
- Managing postal duties efficiently
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to solicitors, including generating client invoices and recording payments in the legal case management system
- Creating user accounts and requesting deeds on the Land Registry portal
- Preparing and dispatching property deeds to clients
- Archiving closed client files in Microsoft Excel
- Replenishing office supplies as needed
- Reporting office maintenance issues to suppliers or the Operations Manager
- Coordinating with IT Support to resolve technical issues
- Minimum 12 months of corporate reception experience
- Existing right to work in the UK
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with a proactive approach
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and able to quickly adapt to internal systems
- Team player with a willingness to support beyond primary duties
- Comfortable with working 5 days in the office
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word
