RECEPTIONIST  A permanent opportunity as a Receptionist in a well-known and prominent West End law firm with branches across London!  RECEPTIONIST ROLE:
  • Managing reception area and meeting rooms to ensure smooth office operations
  • Greeting clients professionally and offering refreshments before meetings
  • Handling mainline calls and managing new enquiries
  • Managing postal duties efficiently
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to solicitors, including generating client invoices and recording payments in the legal case management system
  • Creating user accounts and requesting deeds on the Land Registry portal
  • Preparing and dispatching property deeds to clients
  • Archiving closed client files in Microsoft Excel
  • Replenishing office supplies as needed
  • Reporting office maintenance issues to suppliers or the Operations Manager
  • Coordinating with IT Support to resolve technical issues
 RECEPTIONIST ESSENTIALS:
  • Minimum 12 months of corporate reception experience
  • Existing right to work in the UK
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with a proactive approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and able to quickly adapt to internal systems
  • Team player with a willingness to support beyond primary duties
  • Comfortable with working 5 days in the office
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word
