Are you a natural at providing 5* client service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, our client wants YOU to be their first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk operation. Your friendly attitude and excellent organisational skills will be key to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. You will be working closely with a team of administrator's to provide a high level of secretarial support.

Here's what you'll be doing as their Receptionist & Team Administrator: �?
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
- Scan incoming post and handle outgoing mail.
- Book, prepare, and clear meeting rooms across multiple floors.
- Ensure meeting rooms are set up as required.
- Order catering for meetings and events.
- Book couriers as needed for deliveries and collections.
- Supporting with inbox and diary management for the wider team.
- Dealing with various documents, inputting information onto the internal system.
- Assisting the Office Manager, with general administrative and facilities duties.
Requirements: �?
- Previous experience within professional services is required.
- Some administrative experience is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
