- Act as the main point of contact for all visitors to the office whilst providing a friendly and warm welcome
- Issue security and visitor passes to individuals who attend the offices
- Distribute post, maintain stationery, replenish kitchen supplies and ensure orders are placed in a timely manner
- Ensure the reception area is always kept tidy
- Assist with booking meeting rooms, as well as managing courier systems
- Manage office expenses, submit and record invoices where applicable
- Assist with general administration and invoicing
- 3+ years’ experience in a corporate receptionist / front of house role
- Professional and can-do attitude
- Previous experience working for a corporate organisation a bonus
- Excellent organisation and IT skills
