Corporate Receptionist & Office Support / City of London / Permanent Overview:My client, a leading commodities trading organisation based within the city, are currently looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join the team on a permanent basis to assist with the smooth running of reception and provide office support. The role will suit someone with an organised and proactive nature.Role & Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for all visitors to the office whilst providing a friendly and warm welcome
  • Issue security and visitor passes to individuals who attend the offices
  • Distribute post, maintain stationery, replenish kitchen supplies and ensure orders are placed in a timely manner
  • Ensure the reception area is always kept tidy
  • Assist with booking meeting rooms, as well as managing courier systems
  • Manage office expenses, submit and record invoices where applicable
  • Assist with general administration and invoicing
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years’ experience in a corporate receptionist / front of house role
  • Professional and can-do attitude
  • Previous experience working for a corporate organisation a bonus
  • Excellent organisation and IT skills
