- Manage the front desk and main switchboard
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Manage and maintain the meeting rooms
- Coordinate catering and refreshments
- Arrange couriers & post
- Diary management for MD and VP’s as required
- Booking international travel, including preparation of itineraries and visas
- Process expenses as required
- Support with organising conferences and logistics
- Inbox management
- Assist with ad hoc projects as and when required
- Provide support to the wider Administrative team as required
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy building relationships
- Strong attention to detail and prioritisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Previous experience in financial services helpful
