?? What You'll DoAs FOH Receptionist, you'll be at the forefront of tenant interactions and will play a vital role in our operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Customer Experience & Front of House Duties:

  • Deliver an outstanding customer journey for staff, tenants, and visitors.
  • Greet visitors warmly and manage their arrivals.
  • Handle calls, emails, and bookings with professionalism.
  • Assist with tenant queries and local services.

Reception & Administrative Duties:

  • Keep reception and communal areas immaculate and well-stocked.
  • Notify tenants of incoming post or parcels. ??
  • Coordinate large deliveries and maintain tenant relationships.

Security & Compliance:

  • Ensure proper identification of staff and visitors.
  • Familiarise yourself with emergency procedures and assist as needed.

Operational & Facilities Support:

  • Conduct regular building inspections and manage maintenance requests. ??

�? What We're Looking ForEssential Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCSE or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist in a multi-let property.

Skills:

  • Excellent people skills and a positive "can-do" attitude. ??
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
