Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls and connect them to the right person promptly
  • Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their needs are met
  • Maintain a tidy reception area and manage incoming and outgoing post

Meeting Room Management:

  • Prepare meeting rooms for appointments, ensuring all equipment and refreshments are ready �?

General Administrative Support:
