Receptionist - Investment/Wealth Management
Leading London based Wealth & Investment Manager
£30,000 + Package
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to join an expanding Wealth & Investment firm in their new London offices. With responsibility for running and managing reception, they are looking for an individual with an open and outgoing personality to be the face of their organisation.
Your role will include:
- Managing Reception, including meeting and greeting clients
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for clients, including keeping the reception and meeting areas clean and clutter free
- Answering the phone and managing incoming and outgoing post
- Responsibility for maintenance of all office functions, including office supplies, couriers, post, etc.
- Primary point of contact for office suppliers, including cleaners, building management etc.
- Responsible for new joiner set ups including liaison between HR, Compliance and IT
- Play a key role in the management of the office
To be successful in this role, you should have had experience of the following:
- Reception or Office Assistant role within a High-Net-Worth environment - e.g. Investment, Wealth, Art Gallery, Auction, Consultancy or similar.
- Outgoing, welcoming and bright disposition with a proactive and positive outlook
- Ability to work discreetly and professionally
- Highly organised and an excellent communicator
