An incredible opportunity for a Receptionist to join London's leading private clinic established in Harley Street. You will be reporting to the Practise Manager and working within a dynamic team.

INDUSTRY: Private Clinic

LOCATION: Harley Street, West End

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Answering all incoming phone calls
  • Patient facing - dealing with daily enquiries
  • Checking emails and responding to online enquiries
  • Extensive compliance administration tasks
  • Patient record keeping
  • Arranging appointments, sending confirmation letters
  • Placing orders
  • Taking payments, raising invoices
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • On demand repairs
  • Walk in patients
  • Return items for credit and repair. Issuing refunds
  • Restocking the rooms and clinic for consumable stock
  • Stock checks
  • Ensuring all admin paperwork is fully stocked
  • Reception cover over lunch

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to handle high levels of pressure.
  • Previous compliance and regulations experience is highly desirable
  • Experience of using all Microsoft Office programs e.g., Microsoft Excel.
  • Good investigative and research skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage won tasks without supervision.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
