ReceptionistCity of London£30,000-£35,000THE COMPANY: Our client is an Insurance firm, who are seeking a Receptionist to join on a fixed term contract basis. THE ROLE:

Operating a switchboard servicing approximately four hundred extensions, receiving and directing calls
Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner
Manage the client lounge, serving refreshments and keeping the fridges replenished
Maintain, set up and clearing rooms in a timely manner and support with technology

THE PERSON:

Experience in a similar front of house role within a professional services environment
Experience working on a busy switchboard and managing meeting rooms
Strong communication skills
Confident, proactive and able to remain calm under pressure
