Front of House Receptionist

  • Starting ASAP until 28th October
  • 9-5.30pm office based

Working for one of our prestigious clients based in Soho you will be dealing with high level clients and be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Our client is therefore seeking an exceptionally well-presented experience receptionist for this role. As the first (and often the last) point of contact, being approachable and good with people are important qualities.

As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and directing visitors in a polite and professional manner as the face of company
  • Answer in-coming telephone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Maintaining visitors book and ensure that the signing in procedures are adhered to as well as the relevant H&S procedures
  • Managing the booking of meeting rooms
  • Catering for Client/team meetings
  • Offering refreshments on arrival to visitors while they are waiting
  • Liaising with couriers/deliveries to ensure they are directed to the appropriate person in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ordering stationery and other office consumables as required.
  • Ensure front of house reception area is tidy and well presented at all times.
