Job description:
To provide a first line point of contact for all internal and external visitors to the London Office and answering calls and directing them efficiently and professionally, in addition to providing support to the Office Manager and wider Administration team.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Reception area
- Responsible for the meeting rooms, booking in and managing meeting room diaries and cleaning after each meeting
- Organising refreshments / catering for meetings
- Stationary orders, ordering when necessary.
- Sorting and distributing post / Arranging courier bookings
- General ad hoc duties including minute typing, printing documents for meeting and photocopying
