Location: The Lister Hospital, Chelsea

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Various shifts between 0700 and 1930. Night cover may also be required to cover any holiday/ sickness

We’re looking for a Receptionist to join our Front of House Team based at The Lister Hospital. This role is vital in providing a professional, efficient and friendly service to visitors to the hospital, ensuring that policies and procedures are maintained to the highest standard.

What you’ll do:

  • Meeting and greeting all patients and visitors upon their arrival at the hospital
  • Providing a pleasant and efficient telephone service for patients, doctors, visitors, staff and any other callers
  • Directing calls to the correct department as required
  • Coordinating all deliveries and couriers to the hospital

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous Receptionist experience, ideally within healthcare or a large corporate setting
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills
