- Meeting and greeting visitors to the offices
- Carrying out the correct signing in procedure for visitors, contractors and staff
- Answering the telephone and emails in a professional manner
- Manage day to day running of the reception area
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Dealing with couriers and deliveries
- Previous experience of working in a similar reception / front of house role.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of using Windows-based software packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to deal with confidential information sensitively and appropriately.
