You will be the gatekeeper and create a welcoming atmosphere for all employees and guests. We want individuals who are proactive, outgoing and are client-facing in their communication. There will be varied responsibilities from events, to facilities, giving you the chance to make it your own, but also enhancing your experience.You must have 3 years of experience gained within the investment sector or professional services. Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, inbox management and coordinating office events.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for all guests.
  • Restock inventory and marinating a tracker to keep up to date with what is needed for the office.
  • Ordering lunch, catering and researching new suppliers.
  • Collaborate with various teams to support daily operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
