Corporate Receptionist- Central London - £28k salary, Monday to Friday, Hybrid Working A leading investment company located in the city are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join their firm on a 6-month fixed term contract, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Your role will be to provide first class service to the clients/guests entering and leaving the building on a day-to-day basis. You will be the first point of contact for the London Office, ensuring that all needs are met, and all enquiries are dealt with. You will also provide administrative support.This will suit someone from a high-end customer service background that enjoys meeting people and providing a 5* service. There will be general reception duties and ad hoc administrative work involved. Duties and Responsibilities:* Providing immaculate customer service to clients and visitors * Maintaining the high standard of the reception area in terms of organisation and cleanliness* Ensure office supplies are stocked and accessible * Look after clients by taking them to meeting rooms and contacting the host, making sure the meeting starts on time* Liaise with kitchen staff, sort out the catering for meetings and help out if requiredYou Must Have:* Good understanding of what exceptional customer service means with experience working within a 5 or 4 star reception* Ability to multitask * Exceptional customer service skills via all channels of communication * Proven experience in similar role * Professional appearance and a welcoming attitude * Knowledge of meeting room booking system
