- Registering guests and providing reception assistance, including managing guest amenities for the office
- Supporting catering needs for meeting rooms and replenishing coffee supplies
- Organising event requests, ensuring facilities, catering, and pre-registrations meet event requirements
- Confirming upcoming meetings and sending pre-registration emails as part of meeting preparation
- Overseeing PPE requests and ensuring safety compliance for staff and guests
- Managing the switchboard, transferring inbound calls to the appropriate personnel
- Collecting, sorting, and distributing post; managing outgoing mail and parcels, notifying relevant departments
- Processing rail requests, booking taxis and couriers, handling purchase orders, and managing financial coding for invoices
- Minimum 12 months in a reception role
- Happy to work five days in the office
