We are looking for a polished and professional Receptionist to join a prestigious law firm based in London. This position is perfect for someone who excels at providing a seamless front-of-house experience and enjoys being the first point of contact for high-profile clients and visitors. As the firm’s Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a warm, efficient, and professional welcome while managing meeting room bookings and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, greeting them with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Manage incoming calls, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and discreetly.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring seamless scheduling and setup.
  • Support the organisation of client meetings, events, and presentations.
  • Maintain a well-presented reception area at all times.
  • Handle general administrative duties, such as managing post, booking couriers, and organising office supplies.
  • Liaise with building management and external service providers to maintain the office’s facilities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist or Front of House role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence in engaging with high-profile clients and legal professionals.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A professional telephone manner, immaculate presentation, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications and digital meeting room booking systems.
