Our client's office, conveniently located in Paddington, London, is seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join their team. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house services and ensuring that all visitors and clients feel welcomed and supported.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all visitors and clients, creating a positive and memorable experience.
  • Assist with internal and external bookings, including full accountability for meeting room management.
  • Maintain the expected standards of meeting rooms, facilities, and public areas.
  • Set up rooms efficiently, including handling flexible furniture as necessary.
  • Monitor and update room availability and communicate with the regional team.
  • Provide information on available facilities, arrange viewings, and conduct facility tours.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with a professional and confident telephone manner.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Take initiative and remain calm under pressure.
  • Work well as part of a team, effectively multitasking and prioritising work commitments.
  • Adapt to departmental requirements with a flexible approach.
  • Possess a good educational background and a solid command of written and spoken English.
