Robert Half are recruiting for a receptionist for a Global company based in London.
The role is initially a 6 Month Contract, based on site in London. Starting salary for the role will be between £23,000 - £25,000 for the role & you will have experience within a corporate environment or 5* hotel.
This role will offer the first impression for visiting guests alongside supporting in managing reception services and conference rooms.
Full responsibilities will include -
- Meeting visitors & Clients
- Assisting with internal & external bookings supporting in ensuring meeting rooms are fully set up
- Maintain public area & meeting room appearances
- Facilitate room set up in line with client requests
- Arrange viewings & accompany clients on tours of the facilities
Previous experience within a 5* Hotel or within a corporate environment will be hugely advantageous for the role.
