Receptionist

Location: KenningtonSalary: £28 000 (£15.38 per hr)Contract: Temp to Perm

Are you an organised, professional, and welcoming individual with a passion for excellent customer service? Do you thrive in a front-facing role while ensuring smooth office operations? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring a welcoming experience. You’ll also support office administration and help maintain an efficient, well-organised working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional front-of-house Reception service, greeting visitors.
  • Ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain building security by monitoring CCTV, issuing visitor passes.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and queries.
  • Providing information or escalating as needed.
  • Support fire safety and evacuation procedures.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, office supplies and liaise with suppliers.
  • Assist with office administration.
  • Monitor and improve reception service levels.
  • Provide training and handovers to new Front of House team members.

About You

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in front-of-house, reception, or office coordination roles.
