Our client are a well established law firm based in London who work with individuals, families, property owners and businesses to attend to each of their individual needs. They are now looking for a well orgnised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and be able to demonstrate a professional atmosphere from their first step in the door.
Dutiees will include:
* Meet and greet all clients, staff and visitors when they walk in the door.
* Answering phone calls and passing it other to the relevant person.
* Using their booking system to confirm all meeting room requests for meetings.
* Managing meeting room set ups including virtual meetings via teams
* Helping out with the organisation of events.
* Actioning reasonable tasks instructed by the Front of House Manager
* Processing the administration around invoices following spend within the team
Skills and experience required:
* Previous front of house/reception experience in a law firm or professional service setting is required (minimum 3 years experience)
* Previous experience using relevant IT systems - including Microsoft Teams, Outlook and an online room booking system
