Your responsibilities will include:• Greeting clients and visitors, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.• Managing the switchboard via Microsoft Teams, handling internal and external calls efficiently.• Coordinating meeting room bookings using the Condeco system, ensuring rooms are prepared to the highest standard.• Organising and assisting with hospitality and events, including setting up audio-visual equipment and troubleshooting as needed.• Participating in a rota across the firm’s Mayfair and Bankside offices, including servicing the client suite and managing refreshments.• Collaborating closely with the Front of House Manager and team to maintain seamless operations.The ideal candidate will have:• A minimum of 3 years’ front-of-house or reception experience in a professional services environment.• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and room booking systems like Condeco.• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.• A team-oriented approach, demonstrating flexibility, dependability, and the ability to use initiative.• The ability to remain calm under pressure, with excellent personal presentation.
