We are very excited to be working with an award winning short term lender, on their search for a Receptionist to join the growing team.

This role is responsible for several functions in the Company, but mainly to assist the CEO’s Executive Assistant, employees, and guests for seamless business operations. You’ll also often be the first person that employees and potential clients see, so you’re always representing the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting & greeting all visitors to the office
  • Ensuring temp checks are performed & recorded
  • Making teas & coffees for visitors
  • Answering the main office door via the intercom & greeting arrivals (guests, deliveries etc)
  • Organising couriers, taxis, post
  • Organising post received & distributing
  • Answering inbound phone calls & transferring or taking messages
  • Maintaining 3 x email accounts
  • Ensuring the office is well stocked for milk, tea, coffee etc
  • Making sure communal areas & desk areas are kept clean & tidy
  • Ensuring stationery supplies are well maintained - organising weekly orders
  • Submitting & filing of purchase invoices
  • Ensuring the stationery cupboards are kept clean, tidy & replenished
  • Ordering & collecting purchases for the CEO
  • Booking restaurants for lunches & dinners
  • Maintaining fixtures spreadsheets for sport events
  • Filing - soft copy & hard copy
  • Preparing & maintaining filing inventories
  • Liaising with cleaning agency
  • Assisting with sourcing corporate gifts for investors, clients, brokers etc
  • Ordering business cards for whole team
  • Assisting with new starters - IT equipment, phone, key fob etc - ensuring all details are logged
