They are seeking a polished and proactive Receptionist to be the face of their office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing exceptional service to clients and team members.

What you will do:

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and prepare spaces for client meetings.
  • Coordinate couriers, deliveries, and incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office areas remain organised.
  • Provide administrative support to the team when needed.
  • Handle document management like printing, scanning and binding presentations.
  • Assist with expense management and invoicing.
  • Maintaining an updated visitor log.
  • Supporting on boarding for new employees by providing necessary information.
  • Assist Office Manager with organising network events.

What you bring:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role in an office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive approach with initiative to support the office where needed.
