Receptionist

We are looking for a Receptionist to join a leading firm in a job share capacity. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the company, responsible for maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area, managing communications, and providing administrative support. This role requires a well-organised individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Answer all incoming calls within 4 rings and take detailed, accurate messages.
  • Welcome and greet all visitors, ensuring they sign in and out of the building.
  • Coordinate and manage the booking of meeting rooms via Outlook calendars.
  • Liaise with suppliers and handle deliveries as needed.
  • Monitor and direct contractors onsite.
  • Maintain an electronic table record for outgoing post/DX.
  • Monitor incoming emails, taking ownership of issues and acting accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent people and communication skills with a bright, confident personality.
  • Well-organised with the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
  • Team player, able to communicate well at all levels.
  • Intermediate level in the use of Microsoft Office 365 products (Word, Outlook, Excel, OneNote).
