Receptionist responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting guests, handling the switchboard, fielding calls, and managing general enquiries
- Assisting guests and visiting staff with workspace arrangements and general office needs
- Assisting senior staff with daily secretarial duties
- Organising and preparing meeting rooms, arranging and setting up refreshments and anticipating visits from executives, clients, and employees
- Ordering supplies, maintaining a well-organised office environment, and acting as the first point of contact for general administrative queries
- Handling post, correspondence, deliveries, and courier bookings
- Providing ad-hoc team-wide administrative support
Receptionist required skills/competencies:
- Previous experience within a similar role desirable
- IT proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
